It's hard being human! At some time or other we will go through a difficult patch and we don't know where to turn. Talking therapy can help us feel better sooner. I am an Integrative Therapist, I use lots of different modalities and I tailor my approach to you and your specific problems and needs. Therapy can provide a warm non-judgemental space where you can offload, understand and find more positive coping strategies
